    Frustrated with changing POCs within recruitment companies? That will never be the case with Vivify as we are founder led, with Nick being the primary POC on all client accounts. We can assure that no one is more invested in building a successful long term relationship than him.

  • Feedback throughout.

    However a search is going, we will be sure to give you regular updates on the progress of searches we are conducting for you. We know agencies often go cold and disappear when there is a challenge, however we work in the opposite way to this - providing more detailed updates at this time.

  • Tailored due diligence.

    Due diligence is often seen as a one size fits all approach and honestly, we don’t understand why. Businesses are hugely different, with different needs, therefore we will work with you to understand what due diligence is appropriate. After the initial briefing call, you should be able to focus on your day job and selecting the right candidates - leaving the rest to us.
